Due to covid, I didn't fly a lot, and didn't use any hotels for those few years, think I lost about 800/900 ALL points, they got taken, ie, burnt as it said in the description, and not refunded.
Yes, if you have activity, ALL points don't expire, but my was coming to its end, as in they were going to start taking points away again, was nearly 12 months since my last Accor stay, so I saw in a payment booking last night, the offer to use 1000 ALL points, to reduce my room charge by 33 Eur.
Might as well use it.
Didn't use eRewards for a while, tried to reset the password, the password reminder never came, done it more than once, nothing, and I didn't change the email address used either.
Eating in an Accor hotel, esp the new Sofitel restaurant in the Adelaide hotel, can be $$$.
Booking hotel nights, is one of the better ways.
Now that travel is a bit freer, and no mask restrictions, probably will fly a bit more.
