We are getting a bit concerned as we have booked and paid for our flights to the UK with China Airlines. I have noticed over the last 3 weeks that the Wednesday flight from Sydney to Taipei and connecting to London has been canceled twice. I am hoping the cancellations are due to low numbers on those flights for this time of the year.

We are booked to fly out on Wednesday 3rd August, I think we should be okay as it is a mix of the peak period (going over) and shoulder season coming back home.

We are due to arrive in London on the 4th August and have plans for the Friday in London and then board a Trafalgar Tours coach trip for 20 days from Saturday the 6th August.

So my question to anyone that might know is how much notice does the airline give you if they cancel your flight ? and do they give you a chance to fly with another airline on the same day or a day before ?

Thanks,
Alan
