Lol.

Maybe might work for a few private charter planes.
Egel. Swap out a flatbed seat and gym module for a sports team charter, for a boardroom for business, to a family module for a Sheik.

But I can't see it being used by major carriers who are pushing turnaround times as low as they can go

I really don't see how they are going to install a restaurant, day spa or whatever and have the same seating density as a standard cabin with rows of seats. While I think their aims are interesting I really don't see this concept as being anything except a low density aircraft fitout model, and therefore for the premium end of the market.

Interesting concept. If airlines can't make more money from it, they won't buy it. They won't be able to charge enough for usage of a day spa, restaurant and gym vs seats.

Might be work for a private or charter jet.
