Interesting article from business spectator.
Airbus files affidavits in Rolls-Royce case | News | Business Spectator
Aircraft manufacturer Airbus is likely to intervene in the legal action Qantas took against Rolls-Royce after a mid-air engine explosion led to the grounding of its fleet of A380's, according to a report in The Age newspaper.
The Age understands Airbus has asked the court to keep quiet contracts it made with Qantas, after Airbus filed two affidavits and was granted leave to file a motion due in Federal Court today.

Yes it is interesting.

I wonder whether Airbus or Rolls-Royce will accept liabilty otherwise it could be a complicated and long drawn out process.
