Like we didnt know that QF were hurting from the more youthful service and enthusiasm of Virgin.

Question is when will QF consistently deliver improved service?

NAB became a substantial holder going over 5% while Franklin resources bought 20M to go from 9.8% to 10.9%, maybe they believe the rumour of the big announvpcement after the election?

Lets hope that they do better than they do on the website updates and new products Having to continuously rework launches and retraining staff all the time to try and get them to provide service MUST be costing QF a fortune.

Heres an idea do it right first time and save the wastage and perhaps QF may become more profitable and the airline of choice of more people. Simple really
