I'm a bit annoyed I just got KF claim rejected for an Air NZ trans-tasman in "T" class. As far as I could tell T should be eligible for KF miles. Have I been looking at an old fare class list or something?

Of course there's fine print. Isn't there always?

Lesson learned.

If you read the fine print it states that T is not eligible for domestic, Australia (Trans- Tasman) and Pacific Island flights

Ahhh, very good point. I must admit, I read that small print but my eyes must have stopped reading after “domestic”!
