Wonder if VA will check their ATR's?

Not sure but Wiki (Which is not always correct) says that Air NZ have ordered 7 of the new ATR 72-600 model,the first of which is supposed to be delivered in October.

12.4 years : Mount Cook Airlines (Air New Zealand) Fleet of ATR (Active) | Airfleets aviation

Doubt Virgin will be checking their ATRs, different design and age.

I am currently stuck in Kerikeri and can't get back to AKL as all roads out of town are closed due to floods. The ATR grounding has received widespread TV coverage last night as well as this mornings papers
