The pilot of an Air India flight that crashed in May, killing 158 passengers, slept through more than half the flight and woke up disoriented when it was time to land the aircraft, an investigative panel concluded.

Certainly a worry, and not the first time pilots have been caught having a powernap.

Begs the question of CRM and what the first officer did when (if) he realised the flight was too high/fast on approach.
