Hello All

I try to access my booking via the Air France website and it says booking not found.

However via their app and using same reference number I can see my flights etc.

I checked the ticket number issued to the booking via “Check in” tab on their website (not flying for a month or so) and it came up with my flight details but an error message stating I couldn’t check in this far in advance….

Am I worrying about nothing that it is not found on the website but the ticket number is & all info is correct on their app?
 
Are you using the correct Air France website?
(if your ticket was issued from Australia, use the airfrance.com.au website - if it's issued from France/Paris, use airfrance.fr to bring up the details of your bookings) - this should hopefully work?

All my European bookings cannot be seen in the app/website when I use the Air France AU website and vice versa. Which I found is a bit odd as my FlyingBlue account is still based in France with all the bookings - if I'm logged in with my flying blue details on the Air France AU website, I can't see anything.

In the app settings, set it as Australia or the country you've booked the ticket from.

Are you using the correct Air France website?
(if your ticket was issued from Australia, use the airfrance.com.au website - if it's issued from France/Paris, use airfrance.fr to bring up the details of your bookings) - this should hopefully work?
