It launched back in Feb apparently, has anyone spent time looking at it to see if there's actual value there?
If so, where the value is (upgrades etc)?

My partner and I are flying OOL -> KUL to start a Borneo trip, so I sense surely there'll be enough points earned there to counteract the 10RM joining fee ... perhaps 1/2 upgrades for KK flights?
The website has a horrible interface and I'm struggling with it

I looked into it months ago. At the time it only seemed to be open for people resident in Malaysia. From what I recall its main way of earning points using an Air Asia credit card rather than flying. It has probably changed since then.

When I last looked they didnt even have a redemption schedule published.

The programme is complete rubbish.

It seems you can redeem points (1 per 2MYR spent) on flights. But who knows what the rate/process is.

"You can redeem BIG Points for any available AirAsia flights via the BIG Shot Portal. What's more - you can top up with cash to redeem your desired flight now!

Enter your preferred flights, passenger details, and preferred BIG Points-to-cash ratio. Once your redemption is complete, your flight itinerary and redemption reference will be sent to you via email."

[FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]You'd assume the rate isn't completely offensive (ie. OOL->KUL could net... something).
But then again with Air Asia, you never assume....

Tbh I would rather they give the first officer a pay rise so he is earning more than the cabin crew rather than bother with a loyalty program! :)
