Air Asia lost my luggage

Hi, any advice on how to deal with Air Asia loosing my bag this evening? Denpasar to Darwin. One bag arrived & no sign of the other.

file a missing bag report and provide them with an address and they will deliver it to your home. Hopefully on the next flight.

Logged a claim with Air Asia in Dempasar, that is a trauma in itself!
Email in the early hours to report bag located in "make up area"
Bag returned intact 4 days later.
