I think it's just a standard advert if you are not logged in. At least that's the only time I see it.

Might I suggest you log in, and utilise the keep logged function.

Registered yesterday as a new member complete with my Birth date 1990. I see today it keeps changing to 2000 for some reason. Just changed it back to 1990 and it appears to be ok so far.
