So many horror stories. I just can't believe that they're all true. It doesn't matter. We don't have any choice with who we're flying with as Air NZ partner with them. We're at least getting great service from the AeroArg staff in Sydney - booked direct with them to Iguazu and lots of emails.

To my question - we've been allocated row 4 on the flight to Lima from BA (737-700 or 800). AeroA's website shows a row 3 but some of the 'seat sites' show economy starting with row 4.

For anyone who has flown with them is row 4 the same as row 4 on a QF 737, as in extra legroom? Coming back we're in Club Economy, their domestic business, so no concerns about legroom with that flight.

cheers
