I have a feeling these incidents are more common then we all like to think.
I was glad to read that not only the pilots got punished but also the passenger, she was banned for 5 years from flying with the airline!

Very severe punishment but I guess the pilots should know better. One of the stories I read suggested she was flying the plane. Hmmm.
