Hi guys,
Flying with a mate this Sunday from LAX T4 on a US Domestic flight, both of us in Y.
I am OWE (both QF and Cathay) and have a Centurion card, which I know gives me access to the Admirals Club lounge.
Question is, with either OWE or Centurion, can I guest my mate in?
Thanks in advance for the advice.

I was of the understanding that a (non-AA) oneworld Emerald also has access to the Flagship Lounge, with one guest.

Absolutely, non AA Emerald certainly does for the F/L.

FWIW, with the A/C option I am not sure it the Centurian has guest privileges ...

Yes, somewhat better, and if the front desk attendants are like they were with me, they will proactively direct you to the F/L when they see the OWE card.

That reflects my experience, too, on several occasions over recent trips. Worth pursuing, if only for the far less crowded space and usually a little more offered in food and bev.

The AA Flagship Lounge is in T4. TBIT has a OneWorld F Lounge.

Yes, they did the same for me at ORD when I was there in September. At the time, I didn't realize that this was a privilege for non-AA Emerald only. I felt for the AA Emerlds, though with their different approach to mixing Dom and Int flights within the same terminal, I guess it probably makes some sense.

Of course, the different thing about the Flagship Lounge at ORD is that it is totally separate from the Admiral's Club and is hidden away down the end, unlike JFK or LAX which share a common entry with the Admiral's Club. So, unless you're already in the know or have scoped the American Way magazine, some directing is needed.

Agree that the TBIT OWF lounge is nothing out of the box - and, for obvious reasons, usually unpleasantly crowded whenever I've been there.
Hopefully that will be rectified when the "Bradley West" development is competed next year (although that's what hped for when the current lounge was constructed).

Probably a moot point for the OP, but for anyone else seeking an answer, yes the Centurion will allow you 2 guests, so if you have 2 people requiring access then you are in luck!
