I just saw this article-

Adelaide is currently an all-suite service, but will drop off that esteemed list in December 2025.

Is this indefinite? And for both flights from Adelaide?

No, there are short patches where it is non QSuites but as far as I’m aware the QSuites will still be regular to ADL
QR989 does that cease in December when it switches to Canberra?
Yes

Data point: I made an Avios booking with QSuites from DOH to ADL in August for 28th December that that has now been swapped out for a non-QSuite plane. As I have to be back at work on 30th December I could not take advantage of their offer to rebook on a QSuite flight on 29th December.

It's sad to see Adelaide go from being the best served city by QR in Australia to an afterthought as it is for so many other airlines. 👎
