My 2400 occurred at the end of SC year with one flight being logged after the 30th, waited a couple of weeks and then rang staff stated it would give you have a choice shortly after hitting 2400 but because mine was on boarder of new SC year - the computer was confused with the last flight being logged in the next year but subtracted for previous year.
