Hoping someone can give me some guidance, every time I complete mobile check-in, my velocity number is not accepted.
Is there a trick? I book via a travel agent for work but have never had a problem adding the details with QF. I know the number is correct as it works for check in at a kiosk.
Any advice greatly appreciated!
