Hi All,
Just been looking at some of the ways to achieve Emerald with the various One World member airlines.
Heres my list so far (feel free to add);
Malev; 200 000 Club points in one year (which starts Jan 1 ) and is invitation only.
Best website so far and when booking tickets you can actually see what class you are booking. Very easy to use aswell.
MALÉV - Membership tiers
JAL; Seems to be 2 Emerald levels. One at 80 000 and one at 100 000. Obviously the 100 000
Looks like the Ruby level also has access to Domestic Lounges.
JAL Mileage Bank - JGC PREMIER (For Our Most Frequent Flyers)
JAL Mileage Bank - JMB DIAMOND (For Our Most Frequent Flyers)
Easy to use website
Finnair; To continue on the Platinum tier, you will need to collect at least 300,000 Plus tier points or make 186 in one year. That's alot of flying.
Platinum : Finnair#
CathayPacific; 80 sectors or 120 000 Club Miles
Cathay Pacific - Frequent Flyers : The Marco Polo Club
Good website too.
Iberia; had a look, but couldn't find on HOW to achieve Emerald. Here is the link for when you get there
Platinum
America Airlines; 100 000 Miles or 100 sectors.
I have to be honest, l don't really like the website, so cluttered.
Qualification Requirements
Qantas; 1400 SC in one qualifying year and 1200 every year there after.
