At first glance, when you open the box, you will not see a power lead or adapter.
DO NOT throw out the box.
Its very very very important, as in one of the protutions of the box, is the cord and adapter.
I bought this new Acer laptop, no, its not (look at me) sort of pride, but needed one new one, as the Kogan one kept going to the bottom of every search page, Bing and Google.
So, to sum up, inside the left hand side of the box, and its not mentioned that in there, is the power cord, lead and adapter.

Another thing to watch out for, is the pin on the computer end of the power connector is very small (1mm), and not easy to find of you need a new/2nd one.

I have an Acer Aspire 5, which I bought in March 2020 and it hasn't missed a beat. They're a good laptop for the price.
