I've only been to Byron once but this will certainly tempt me to visit often. It will be a great base for splendour in the grass and the blues festival.

Well folks I just tried a dummy booking for December aaaaand, no dice. It looks like 2016 is the revised opening date. http://www.accorconferences.com.au/offer/byron-bay/

It looks like this property is set to open on 1 February 2016. I was able to do a dummy booking on that date. Revenue wise, I would've thought aiming to open for the Australia Day long weekend would have been a better option.
