Accor ALL to Velocity transfer times?

Hi mates,

I transferred 40,000 points from my Accor account to Velocity about 14 hours ago. I haven’t read a lot of data points, but some people indicate that it can be instant, others between 4 to 24 hours. I have a booking that I’d like to make internationally that departs EWR in about a week and that will likely be pulled soon. How long does it usually take for points to post? Who can I contact to expedite this? I tried tweeting and calling. No one is helpful. I submitted a feedback form, but it says it can take five days for them to get back to me and by then the flight will be sold out for next week.

It took 48 hours for the points to post in a transfer I made in May.

Thanks! What day of the week did you transfer them? Did you have to call to have it done?

I just signed up for a Velocity account the same day I transferred the points in.

Can take a day or 2 but I sometimes have to log out and then log back in to see the points updated
