Accomodation for a long transit in Helsinki

Hi wise owls, we are travelling in J, Oslo-Helsinki, Helsinki-New York in February.
The transit in Helsinki is 22H 30M. Are Finnair required to ( or do they for good grace), provide accomodation for this break.

Finnair is not required to provide hotel accommodation for a stopover, and doesn't offer a stopover program as far as I can tell. You'll need to find your own accommodation.

If your on AY005, it leaves at 14.10 so I'd head into the city for the evening. Unless you've been there too many times already.
