Just wanting to check if this is still an option for those arriving in LHR on QF in J/F?

I'll be arriving in LHR T3 in a few days from a QF flight, and onto a domestic connection 7 hours later at T1 to the Rep. of Ireland so am unsure if heading to the AA arrivals lounge is achievable with baggage connecting through to DUB on BA (all on one PNR).

Any advice/comments from the board?

Thanks Moa, much appreciated. Final query, does LHR have any sort of First Check-in area for those travelling on QF F - or is it just a premium lane?
