I am currently in a change over out of NZAirpoints to Velocity. I have just had a soft fall to NZ Gold. I generally travel solo but am about to do a trip to NZ with 3 colleagues (all non status). As a Gold Elite I could guest up to 5 (I think) but as a Gold only 1. Booking currently has my ANZ Number. If I change the booking to my VA number (WP) - will this then give me the Gold Elite benefits in AKL and hence being able to guest all 3?

I have wondered about this myself.

The websites indiacte something like "your normal guest allowance" but other than that no specific figure is mentioned.
