ACCC alleges Europcar misled customers and had unfair contracts

May or may not be related to this successful prosecution reported by ACCC back in 2013. I seem to remember a lot of discussion in some threads about Europcar in Tasmania and looks like the wheels of justice grind pretty slowly but this is the specific Tasmanian example (success for ACCC eventually).

And this below looks like this is the original source/ACCC press release about the next round of Europcar vs ACCC (venue seems to be Federal Court in Perth so presumably a WA franchise being targeted?). Would have been nice to have a few specific examples but I guess they can't publish them yet.
