AA lounge access in Dallas?

Hi all, flying via Dallas on QF7 next week en route to New York with hubby and kids in tow. None of them have any status, I'm QF gold. On my reading of lounge access at the Dallas AA lounge, I can only take one in as a guest, is that correct?

The only other potential for lounge access is the American Airlines Centurion lounge... hubby and I both have Qantas AMEX Ultimate cards... but would this provide us with access?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!!
