I have about $900USD in various denominations AA e-Gift card.

I am not flying with AA again for a while. I mainly fly around West coast and ended up using Delta, UA or Virgin most of the time.

Does anyone have any ideas to use them up or sell it?

The Frequent Flyer Concierge team takes the hard work out of finding reward seat availability. Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, they'll help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

Could you use it to buy AA miles and then fly anywhere on partners, etc?

Looked at that option, purchase of points from AA is handled by a 3rd party company Points.com so gift cards aren't accepted as a payment.

The gift cards are for flights only

You could always do a YUPP run somewhere. $900 will get you around 800-900 SC's, for the right routing ;)

I can envisage it being an interesting task to get such a routing from an entity which accepts AA gift cards for payment.

I have put bookings on hold and paid over the phone with eVouchers, can eGift cards not have the same done?
