I can't find any info on this, but can someone please tell me if row 19 on the A321 Neo has adjustable arm rest or is the tray table in the side arm rest?

I’m pretty sure they do have movable arm rests.

This was row 18 and it had the tray come down from infront and I’m pretty sure the arm rest moved as I vaguely remember putting it down. so I’d assume it would be the same for 19.
