Say you are an accountant for an airline and your finances are in the red because of a pandemic, what better way to get into the black then go to a travel company and arrange for all of the bookings you have on the books to be transferred to their cash cards, not allowing the customers to redeem them for cash, or return said amount to the credit card on which the original flight was made.
