Not sure if this is a known problem but when you refer to their Airline earning table for QF it states 1:1 (4000 points = 4000 QFF points). However when you actually try to effect the transfer via their form, it prepopulates 4000 A-Club points to 2000 QFF points (1:0.5).

I rang A-Club to clarify and the rep acknowledged that this was a problem and that he would escalate. A few hours later I was advised that 'Senior Mgt' are reviewing the situation and that I can expect an announcement or change to clarify this discrepancy 'shortly'.

Anyone have any experience with this?

Most people give up trying to get the points to post in the first place! A-club is a total waste of time IMHO.

I don't try and stay at Accor properties by any means.. I just happen to have some points in my two accounts (from work stays) that would otherwise be wasted if not redeemed/transferred.

The Frequent Flyer Concierge team takes the hard work out of finding reward seat availability. Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, they'll help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

If I remember correctly the transfer rate was 1:0.5 so it may have changed somewhere along the way.

I gave up on A-Club before I even tried. It just seemed way too hard (and too costly) to get 4,000 A-Club points and then transfer to QFF.

A club is a waste of time but I tend to like the Accor hotels. Love the Pullman in BKK...

i'll be uber peeved if that's the case... i had a choice of going IC or Accor at the start of the year and I elected Accor...

Actually so far I have had 100% success rate of Accor hotels posting points correctly and promptly. But then I only stayed at 3 properties and all in Asia.

+1 I Love that hotel!!

I have been getting 1 - 1 when tranferring points I am pretty sure!!

I have outstanding points from september last year at Clarke Quay, 4 nights worth... so this thread reminded me to contact them as I have misplaced my receipt, and I didn't have the reservation number...!

So, after the royal *uck around by Accor, I have found out this... If you need point allocations, DO NOT ring the reservation hotline number on the website, but if you do ring that number, DO NOT ring 1300363637 (option 2) that they recommend, as thats wrong as well... you will need to ring (02)80238787 and when the call centre pleb says they cant help, ask to speak to their supervisor...

This person found my details all within a few minutes and is processing an email to send to me with reservation / charges etc

Just want to close out this thread....

The QF transfer ratio is indeed 1:1 with F-Club, and to my surprise the transfer was completed to my QFF account within 5 business days!
