Hi,

I am flying QF9 tomorrow to SIN, then connecting to 9W17 to DEL on codeshare QF3955. I am wondering what lounge access rights I have with 9W. I ask because the flight leaves from SIN T3 and I arrive into T1? I guess I can start at the QF First lounge and then catch the sky train but would prefer to just head there from landing as it would be easier. I tried finding the information but did nto find anything definitive. I think I will be OK but not 100% sure.

Late notice but I can guest 1 into either F (if you are on same flight) or J if you are not. Just PM me by 10.45am tomorrow.

What status are you and what class are you flying in will probably help determine it.

i just had a look at the Jet Airways site and it didn't have much:

Airport Lounge Facilities within India by Jet Airways

Doesn't mention QF that I could see.

Last time I was in Delhi there was a joint Lounge for OW status flyers which I used when I flew CX.

I've been reading up on this a bit more and I can't see what access OW members get in SIN. i am pretty sure on a QF codeshare you'd get access in Delhi.

I'm interested to find out as I may have another couple of trips over there this year, so it would be handy to know.

Hi,

Sorry I am WP and am also after whether I have lounge acces in SIN with Jet Airways as wellas Delhi. My concern is that there appears to be no one world airlines flying out of T3 in SIN so thus my concern. I guess it is only a 1.45 transit but still time to relax. In DEL I think I will find somewhere on my way back.

Hi,

I will let you know hopefully by tomorrow night. I am actually flying J to SIN and Y to DEL so thus my concern. I will let you know what is available for OW members in T3 at SIN. I think (hope) Jet does have some access considering it is a code share and I can earn points with them.

What status are you

QF Plat in this case.

I dont know the terminals there, but you would have QF J lounge access no matter what you fly, F only if flying with QF, JQ, BA or AA. I think, that’s my understanding.

If there’s not a QF lounge though… no access.

Unless shopping, I wouldn't overly concern myself with actually going to (the main part) of T3. Jet Airways usually leave from the "B" pier of T3, which is connected directly to T1. Tonight and last night it was B6 and to get to B6 I wouldn't bother even catching the skytrain, it would be about 4 or 5 travellators from T1 (or skytrain + 2 travellators back towards T1), or at around 5-10mins from QF lounge depending on how fast you walk. Probably take just as long to get there from any of the lounges in T3.

Travelling in Y on Jet Airways would not entitle you to any lounge access.

As a Qantas Platinum member you can access the Qantas Business Class lounge at SIN using your "Anytime" access benefit. Being on a Qantas Codeshare departure from SIN (your next onward flight) may get you access to the Qantas First Class lounge. If depends on the interpretation of "a Qantas flight". In my experience and as reported by many people on this site, SIN First Class Lounge staff are generally pretty good at allowing entry in this situation.

I will stay in the F lounge and head over there about 40 mins prior, allowing 10 mins to get there. I was in T3 the other day and it looked nice (first time there) was in departure check in area so looking forward to seeign what departures airside looks like.
