Tomorrow night im embarking on 24hr flying to deliver my 9 yr daughter to the inlaws for school hols in Ireland.
On the ground for 16 hours then back to MEL with a 2 hr stopover in AUH in time for work.

Leaving 18th on EY463 first time on an A380 looking forward to that. Then EY41 i think A330 to DUB. Few pints of black gold Guinness and nice fry up with some black pudding in the morning and straight home on EY45/EY460 on the 20th.

All standby 463 Y. 41 hoping for J.
45 J & 460 J but the return looks risky according to EY staff in MEL.

My parents took us to Merimbula in an XE Falcon with 4 on the back seat. How times have changed.

Here's hoping i get J for the return for a decent rest.

So who's going to bring your daughter back ?
Mother inlaw is bringing her back in 4 weeks. Originally i was going over to pick her up. Inlaw comes over for 2 months every year (yeah) just coming a little sooner than normal
