Be careful with 1-800-FLOWERS - I have used them before when there have been high miles earning opportunities, and the flowers were never actually delivered. I only use FTD even though the miles can be lower, because they will deliver the flowers without fail.

Try sooner, rather than later.
I have tried ordering for Sydney (service is from local florist, of course) for two different dates, at least three days out - and "Delivery date is not available" is the message.
I gave up but you may be made of sterner stuff.

Dear god no, she thinks I'm just showing off as it is when I parallel or reverse park the car in one go with absolute ease.

She doesn't know about all my FF miles. I'm saving that for the "darling we are going to Miami next year" conversation.

Oh, and she just got a quote to get orthodontics done, $8,000. I'll have to see if the dentist takes Amex...
