Anyone here in Australia received their new UA MP membership cards with the 2009 expiry date?

My 1K card expires at the end of this month and although it doesn't worry me for UA flights, a currently valid membership card would be nice to have for upcoming travel on *A carriers.

Wouldn't you know it, after making my posting a couple of hours ago, I check my mailbox and I find my 2009 card has arrived in the mail.

My partner and I qualified for United Premier in November, but am still yet to receive my cards. I have called United in the US twice about this, and they say they will reorder the cards, and they check my address, which is correct, but they STILL don't arrive (despite the last time the person telling me it would be "a maximum of two weeks"). Is there anything that anyone suggest I do about this?

No, nothing can be done.

That's UA.

Amen. You'll just have to be patient. As they told me once when my new card was delayed, "your status in in the system, so having a card doesn't make any difference".

So don't get too stressed!
