2 bedroom Hotel options in Hong Kong ?

I am looking at travelling to HK in April with my son (19yo) and we have agreed that sharing a room is not going to work.

If anyone has had experience with 2 bedroom suites or apartments in HK they can recommend it would be greatly appreciated.
