and fair enough...

We are still dominated by the soulless mega-breweries with not enough microbreweries..

I am a long time beer drinker & I am happy to support the mega-breweries. There are many microbreweries with a brew designed only to have 1 or 2 by way of their very strong/individual taste-that is not what I am after in a beer but others obviously think otherwise.
Nothing worse than a beer that derives from possum p""" regardless of who makes it!

Not sure why Sydney would be in the top 10, but anyway, each to their own!

I think the list is pretty accurate!

I like this microbrewery-
Seven Sheds | Brewery Meadery Hop Garden | Railton | Tasmania | Australia - Seven Sheds Brewery

Visited today and tasted a couple of their specialty beers-Indian pale ale-to replicate the originals coming to australia by boat this beer in cask went back and forward across Bass strait on the Spirit.
Also smoking bagpipes-peated malt.If then put in ex whisky distillery casks for a while it becomes Up ya kilt.
I like their Paradise Pale and Kentish Ale.
I would drink Moo brew more often but they are a bit further away from where I am working.
I do have a Moo Brew cap which I wear OS-reads-"Moo brew. Not for bogans".

Too US centric. IMHO, to be honest if the beer that I have tasted in the US is anything to go by (especially that rubbish Budweiser), I would conclude that their beer palates are not very refined!

5 of the 10 on that list North American, 4 from the US.

Disproportionate to say the least. Boston? Wow 2 micro breweries listed. Portland? a bustling micro scene since the 80's. lawl.

Add in a token Munich/Brussels/Amsterdam and the list looks like an American top 5 plus a quick read of the Europe Lonely Planet to find out which cities are famous for beer.

The Frequent Flyer Concierge team takes the hard work out of finding reward seat availability. Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, they'll help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

So you need to be into beer from Microbreweries? Not a fan.

And it may sound nasty but I will never understand the reputation of Czech beers. Awful is the best way to describe them....
