New banner on VFF website. 10,000 bonus VFF points when booking a Holiday (i.e. package).
Can't see any terms or conditions about this but given there are plenty of cheap weekend away deals (flights + show tix) well under $500 pp (many under $400 pp) I guess you could potentially be looking at 12+ points per dollar spent if you need a weekend away?
EDIT: Finally found the T's and C's:
Earn 10,000 bonus Velocity Points when you spend $2,000 or more with Virgin Australia Holidays before 30 September 2014 and travel before 31 January 2015*. Plus earn from 3 Velocity Points per $1 spent and Status Credits on all eligible flights flown as part of your package^.
So a $2,000 holiday package paid with a high earning AMEX would net 19,000 points - still a fairly good deal!
