The bed and the overall amount of space is fantastic though. We just flew from SYD to LHR with a 6 month old in F and it was significantly better than a J seat (for us).

I think recall madrooster or theinsider saying they wouldn't be surprised if the facility would be made available online next year.

When I rang a while back, they said about 30% of calls to the premium line are CR releases, so not surprising.

We ended up just using the Skybus at T3 departures, there was no line and bus arrived shortly after, pretty quick, better than the train IMO but only because no waiting at 11am.

Connecting from Brisbane to QF1 next week with MrsFletty and FlettyJnr, I think we might just take the train, and gain some more Flounge time as a result.

Didn't even know you could have spirits in the morning! I desperately needed a coffee on a recent flight after a poor nights sleep, I think a Chivas would've done a better job of it.

My favourite is when the sheep line up and then complain to the J check in desk that the line took way too long.

We had the pizza on Monday's flight, looked terrible but actually tasted pretty good in my opinion. The return journey had a chicken and avo sandwich which was also pretty good, especially for a 2pm departure.

I think a WP release would be fine in the sense that there is I availability on the international segment, and then they can force the domestic connection anyway provided there is C availability.

Sorry to hear about your circumstances. There's an existing thread which covers this a bit, it's possible to have a one time extension if you have earned enough SC in your membership year (which you probably have)...

I saw a Reddit post a few days ago where someone had a "Titanium bonus" of 600k. They claimed to have called QF, not sure why you'd tell anyone that...

Still not worthwhile value for some flights I'm looking at (1.4c a point redemption), but could be great value if this applies still for WP releases off more expensive fares.

And they say reward availability has gone to the dogs!
