Thanks Jase, I phoned Qatar, they said I would be treated as a no show. Didn't think to ask about changing flight. I booked with points. Will give them another call.
Just read all replies but still wondering, we are booked ADL/MEL/DOH September. Country people and much more convenient for us to join the flight in Melbourne. Would that work?
