I tested it before publishing. It’s only as of Saturday that these new requirements for card payments apply.

If you don't mind collecting Flybuys points Kmart will be offering 20x points on Ultimate Him, Her, Kids and Students gift cards from 27 Nov to 30 Nov. The Him and Kids gift cards work at JB Hi-Fi but the largest included denomination is $50 and you can only buy five per day per Flybuys account.

Mastercards back at Coles next week (26 Nov to 2 Dec) but this time it's $13 off the $250 cards so the price is $244 after the $7 fee is factored in. Limit of five per Flybuys account.

From today at Big W: Also Apple gift cards again at Woolworths next week (26 Nov to 2 Dec) if you can believe it.

Update: TCN just removed Uber and Uber Eats from the TCN Shop gift card.

These particular gift cards are likely profitable enough but there's a reason they stopped including the TCN Kids and Teen (redeemable at JB Hi-Fi) and Restaurant gift cards in the 15% off promotions. It is certainly annoying how almost all promotions these days are either 10% off or 20x points...

It's worked for me multiple times, most recently when they last ran this offer in August. I expect they'll fix it at some point. The Flybuys app won't show your Coles transactions until the following day at around 5-6pm but if you have linked your Flybuys and Coles accounts you can access your...

Quite the opposite, actually. All I'm saying is that if you are going to buy additional Mastercard gift cards to replace the ones that failed to activate then you should scan a different Flybuys card when doing so since the card you originally scanned has already reached its five gift card limit...

You can still buy the gift cards, just do it with another account (e.g. one belonging to a friend or family member) so you're not leaving any points on the table.

When they fail to activate you should still earn the bonus points so there's no need to buy more with the same account.

It’s normal for the bonus points to lag behind the standard points. Give it a few more days.

Until 2 Dec at Ampol Foodary: Credit to OzBargain user Planes are cool for finding this offer. The terms and conditions state that it is "valid on Apple Gift Cards only up to a maximum value of $500":

I don't think that's it. If it was we'd likely see higher fees across the board but it's just the $100 TCN Eftpos denomination and specifically only at Woolworths; at Coles, Reddy Express and 7-Eleven the fee for same gift card is just $5.95. Also, if you look at the digital version of the TCN...

It's not new. Why they charge a higher purchase fee for Eftpos gift cards than Visa or Mastercard gift cards I have no idea. It should be the opposite if anything.
