I convert to VFF points when there is a 15% (or greater) conversion special in May and November.

CBA Ultimate for me also. As mentioned Points earning isn't great, but convert at set times of the year enhances that a little, the fee free providing you spend the minimum (which is increasing as has been talked about) and O/S transactions fee free makes this quite an attractive card to keep.
