I notice this is back again, although it's the first time I'm using it. I have points sitting in an ANZ rewards account, do I just go into the auto redemption option (to also get the extra 5% from ANZ) and select the "Redeem the selected reward as soon as enough Reward Points are available"...

Probably a dumb question, but I'd never been with ANZ before. Does cancelling a card have any affect on your rewards account? Just acquired the ANZ bonus points, but would rather not keep the card until the next Velocity transfer bonus period.
