It shows the option to pay for selection for one leg of the journey (LHR-ZRH) but not the PVG-LHR. I'll call them up. Lounges - if I'm flying J does that mean I can access the Business Lounge even though I'm not a oneworld sapphire member

Booked SYD-PVG on LM. Stopover around 10 hours. Then PVG-ZRH on AAdvantage. Question is - can I transfer luggage from from SYD straight to ZRH, and do I have to leave the PVG airport to go out and come back in to check =in

If I see a flight on skyscanner for a oneworld airline, shouldn't it show up to be available in the AA search engine?
