Confirming LifeMiles bookings

Got a confirmation booking email from Lifemiles with Reservation Code, flying Asiana Airlines

When I try and do "[h=4]Reservation Inquiry for Guests"[/h]

it doesn't recognise my code nor last name, email address.

Anyone had experiences similar?

The form you filled in definitely has a note there saying this can only be used for bookings made on Asiana with Asiana ticket numbers.

The seat selection should work though. Also, checkmytrip.com.
