1-2kg pork belly - well scored
1/2 cup Olive oil
Salt
Preheat oven at 130.
Pat pork dry with paper towels.
Place skin side up on a rack (or sit on onions and apples)
Drizzle oil over both sides of pork, salt and rub in crevices well.
Middle of oven for 4 hours...
