Bumping my own thread! Oddly enough I didn't book an early flight last Apr but I have one coming up next week. Is MEL T1 busy at all between the 0500-0600? ie. should I expect queues for check in and security?

I've finally reached the lofty heights of LTS! The congratulatory email from QF mentions the free lounge pass. I can't see any in my account. Can I presume that I won't get one as I already get access from being WP? The pass would come in useful for guesting etc.. Thanks

I HUCA'ed today and they initially queried how come my kids email is the same as mine - well I'm not sure how a 2yo can open an email acct but I digress... She didn't want to help and simply said if the T and Cs said it's for an adult ticket then your children aren't eligible then... Suggested...

In my case as they are <12yo I was tried to book a single child ticket but the code was not valid for this fare. I have called QF and they said it had to be reissued with a new code. In typical QF fashion they have to contact another team "on live chat"? and get this processed, timeframe unknown...
