Reservation control changed it from memory

I worked in reservations for an airline a few years ago when I received a call from a travel agent and said can I give you a record locator. When she read it out it was FU--, yes the full word, it was quickly changed.

Not sure about Virgin but the valet parking is probably outsourced, just like Qantas is to I think Hertz.

I think you should use the lounge of the airline you are flying, crowd control is the first thing I can think of, if everyone went to the one lounge would you be happy or just another complaint that the lounge is crowded.It also could come down to one may close as their last flight has left and...
