For Optus, one transaction every 20 minutes seems to be working for me. Not sure if there is any way to improve the throughput since Optus made the changes.

Click Energy doesn't appear to be working anymore.

I was making the bill payments using the Council's online payment gateway and they indicated that my actions resulted in them incurring costs. There was certainly no malicious intent on my part. I have ceased making small payments towards my council rates since their email advice today.

"If further payments are made in this manner they we be treated as malicious activity and further action will be taken by Council."

Local council today contacted me and threatened action if I continued to make small transactions when paying my council rates. They had previously contacted me and wished me well with the Bankwest promotion. Guess they have now changed their minds.

Thanks for the advice. I had to look really closely. Sort of like putting my eye in macro mode, and then I was able to find what i was looking for.

Same problem ex Manila. I'd love to use Qantas to fly friends here, but the credit card verification in person in Manila makes it too difficult, so I'll use Air Asia instead. Hope QANTAS can sort this out soon....
