ALL QF's 330's to get lay flat Business seating - Including Domestic

Definitely a new/special livery - saw it pass over just prior to landing at SYD, could see QANTAS emblazoned across the bottom of the aircraft.

    "Select on Q-Eat" Fail

Sounds a tad unlucky, I've successfully received 3 Q-Eat orders over the past few months. It's great that they always seem to serve these up first too.

    Sydney to Osaka/QF & JAL

If on the same booking, Qantas will issue your JAL boarding passes upon check-in at Sydney. I last transited Haneda three weeks ago and there wasn't access to any domestic screening checkpoint behind the JAL counter - indeed I was given a pamphlet written in Japanese and English showing me where...

    Sydney to Osaka/QF & JAL

At Tokyo Haneda you have to pick up your luggage after immigration, and then clear customs. Once you clear customs, on the same level not too far away there are JAL domestic transfer desks. They'll check your luggage through for the domestic leg, and then you can make your way outside to the...

    flight to japan

If you're flying to Oita or Fukuoka, you will find there are many more connections available via Tokyo Haneda (Qantas or ANA from Sydney) than Tokyo Narita, so this may be more convenient.

    QF 127 J seat on old 747 - and old question ....

Travelled in 5B on QF26 last week, absolutely fantastic experience. Very private and great to have plenty of room with no-one in front or directly next to you. The storage bin on the left of the seat was a welcome bonus too.

    Seating Availability/Allocation/Configuration Help Desk

I've never sat in these couple seats before, but for the legroom I would definitely stick to 58A.

    Seating Availability/Allocation/Configuration Help Desk

I've travelled a number of times in both 58A on the B744 and 45A/K on the A333. At 192cm tall, I find 58A is much much better than a standard economy seat, despite the intrusion of the slide. You can fully stretch out your right leg, and the same can be done with your left leg on a bit of an...

Singapore Hotel - good pool and breakfast offerings

Completely agree with defurax - I've stayed at Novotel Clarke Quay 3 times in the past couple of years and have never been disappointed. Large pool, decent buffet breakfast and arguably one of the best spots right on Clarke Quay.

    JAL First Class SYD-NRT

I flew JL772 in both July and September last year (flight time at 8:15AM) and checkin was open both times shortly after 5AM.

A girly topic for you blokes! Which wallet?

As others in this thread have pointed out, Stocard is a handy solution to a fat wallet but is limited by the fact that flatbed scanners (such as at Coles or Woolies) can't read your phone screen. Have had no problems using it with handheld scanners however, such as at IKEA. After this thread...
